What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 10-20 pieces per style/color depending on the product category. For custom fabric dyeing, the MOQ is 100 meters.
Can I request custom samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely. We offer sample development services. Once you submit your tech pack or design reference, we will develop a sample and ship it to you. Sampling fee is refundable upon placing a bulk order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We partner with DHL, FedEx, and sea freight forwarders to provide door-to-door delivery with customs clearance assistance.
What are your payment terms for bulk orders?
We require a 50% advance deposit to start production, and the remaining 50% balance is payable prior to dispatch after you approve the pre-shipment quality report.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 15 to 25 days from sample approval and advance deposit receipt. Rush orders can be accommodated depending on factory capacity.
