Welcome to the Darjidhaga B2B marketplace. By browsing our catalog, submitting inquiry forms, or placing bulk orders, you agree to comply with the following trade terms.

1. B2B Nature & MOQ Requirements

This website is optimized for wholesalers, retailers, boutique owners, and bulk buyers. Every product listed features a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). We do not fulfill single-unit retail orders. Orders failing to satisfy the listed MOQ will not be accepted for production.

2. Sampling Policy

We offer prototype sampling prior to bulk production. Sampling charges are payable in advance. Once a subsequent bulk order is finalized and deposit is received, sampling fees will be credited back/refunded in the final invoice.

3. Payment Terms

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, standard factory payment terms are:

• 50% advance deposit to initiate sourcing and production.
• 50% balance payment prior to shipment dispatch.
• All payments must be made via bank telegraphic transfer (T/T), L/C, or verified corporate channels.

4. Production Lead Times & Deliveries

Stated production lead times (usually 15-25 days) are estimates calculated from the day sample approval and advance deposit are confirmed. Shipping durations vary depending on maritime port logistics or air carrier routes. Darjidhaga is not responsible for customs delays in the importing country.

5. Intellectual Property

Any custom designs, patterns, or tech packs provided by boutique owners or designers remain the sole property of the client. Darjidhaga will never display or sell custom designs to other clients.
